A Word From Our Pastor
Welcome,
We are humbled that you have connected with us on this virtual platform –our website. Braden Memorial United Methodist Church is a special spiritual community. Currently, we are a small membership church with a gigantic heart. We are committed to doing justice and loving mercy as we walk with God. Our church structure was significantly damaged by the tornado that ravaged various communities including East Nashville on March 3, 2020. For our community, our building has been stabilized and the restoration process has allowed us to return to the sanctuary in October 2021. We are continuing to restore the building from within and seek to support our community. We are concerned for our neighbors, who are still trying to stand in the midst of loss. We want to reach out to our community and help to support families and children as they recover from the trauma of the tornado as well as the disruption of our lives due to the pandemic. We continue to pray for God’s protection for us all.
We hope you will join us in worship and ministry going forward as we rebuild with a resilience that comes from the Father.
